What is perimenopause, and how do I know if I'm experiencing it?

Perimenopause is the transition period before menopause when hormonal changes start occurring. Common symptoms include irregular periods, hot flashes, changes in body composition, anxiety, and mood swings.

How can a perimenopause health coach help me during perimenopause?

A health coach offers personalized guidance, lifestyle adjustments, and emotional support to help manage symptoms,  navigate  HRT choices and improve overall well-being during perimenopause.

What types of support are included in the membership?

Members get access to exclusive content, bi- monthly live Q&A sessions, members-only recipes, discounts on supplements, and more resources to support their wellness journey.

 How often do group sessions or live Q&As take place?

We host two live group sessions each month where members can pre-submit questions, share progress, and receive insights, education, and encouragement from Elizabeth and the Strong Choices community.

 Can I cancel or pause my membership if needed?

What payment methods do you accept, and is there a refund policy?

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. We have a 7-day membership trial period with no refunds on programs or supplements.
