Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups organic shredded coconut
1 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 Cup finely minced walnuts, pecans, and pumpkin seeds.
1/2 cup raw honey (you can use maple syrup or agave if you don’t eat honey)
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine shredded coconut, cacao, and minced nuts and seeds, mix in the honey and oil, then the vanilla.
Form balls on a cookie sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
