Most kids go crazy for gummies. Unfortunately they are full of artificial flavors that have been linked to ADHD. There are now some organic options which are not horrendous, but these are actually good for you.

I make these gummies with Vital Proteins Beef Gelatin. I’m sorry to those of you who like the vegan stuff, and I promise I still have many vegan recipes, as my diet is mainly plant based. However, many vegans experience leaky gut, and gelatin is wonderful at sealing the gut, which decreases parasite risks, increases nutrient absorption, lowers risks of allergies etc.

You will need molds for the recipe.

Gut Health Gummies

Course: Snack

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic juice of choice

  • 3 scoops gelatin

  • 1/2 tbsp raw honey

Instructions

  • Warm all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat for less than a minute.

  • Put the mixture in the molds and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
