Green Juice Recipe

Packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and natural hydration, this green juice is perfect for cleansing your body and giving you a revitalizing burst of energy.

 

Ingredients:

Juice of 1 whole coconut

1 Fresh pineapple cut up

As much chopped ginger as you like - I use about 2 inches

1 whole bunch fresh cilantro

1 whole cucumber chopped up

1 or 2 handfuls mixed greens

 

Instructions:

Throw in a blender and store for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
