This recipe is insanely delicious and healthy!
I don’t tell people what’s in it until after they try it and love it.
The truth is, it’s mainly avocados! I don’t understand how it works, I’m just glad it does.
This mousse is even better for you than guacamole because the cacao is such a powerful antioxidant, and two tablespoons have 45% the daily recommended serving of iron.
It takes about 30 seconds to make, and trust me, everyone will love it!
I found the recipe in Wholeliving Magazine and it’s already a favorite.
Raw Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 3 avocados (pitted)
- 6 tsp cacao powder
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp coconut butter (optional)
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender (I use the Vita-Mix), and chill in the refrigerator (if you can wait that long!)
