This is so good that it can actually pass for a dessert even though it’s really a protein and fiber packed meal in a cup!
It can be made for a quick meal, or filling snack. Even picky eaters will love it. My kids think it’s a “treat” when really I’m so glad whenever they have it.
Chia seeds are loaded with protein, fiber, magnesium, iron and calcium. All important nutrients, especially for us veggie only eaters. The nut butter adds more protein, and a banana a day keeps the doctor away.
This is totally raw as long as you buy, or make, raw non-dairy milk and nut butter, so all the enzymes are intact, giving you tons of energy!
